In the middle of the night people entered my room, it is definitely not pleasant to know that the keys are not private, when I returned to the bathroom it was not clean which means that once he entered the room and used the bathroom, there is no parking.

Reception and other staff were very helpful,  was spacious and clean,Location was very good.

Nothing worth mentioning.

If I knew My package was without breakfast, i didnt book in this Hotel .. And I called 8 weeks before I called to ask if they can book a sprcific room they said ok, when i went ghere, they didnt give it to me

Amazing stay at Lasagrada Hotel Istanbul! The location is perfect, close to everything and very convenient for getting around the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made my stay feel special. Highly recommended!

Location. Clean and silent room. Nice breakfast. Kind and frank head chef.

Small room. Plus small toilet and its door is not opened in proper way and when it was opened, you should make a space for yourself somehow to stay inside.

The staff was kind

The rooms were unclean and not cleaned properly. Also, the pillow was uncomfortable and of very poor quality. I didn't like the room at all and I wasn't comfortable in it.

We really enjoyed our stay! Special thanks to Gular — she did an amazing job cleaning our two rooms. Our rooms were always perfectly clean. Everything was spotless and beautiful. Thank you for the comfort!

High value, the house keeping was keeping stuff on the ground without putting them in a place . And its so expensive to have a suite and its just useless it has a very big balcony the room is small but also visitors are not allowed so what would i do in 30m balcony for 2 persons??

Very disappointing experience – poor service and unprofessional staff

I had heard that hotel service standards in Istanbul have declined recently, and unfortunately, I witnessed it myself in this hotel. I booked this hotel for my sister-in-law, and they were very dissatisfied with their stay.First, before check-in time (2:00 p.m.), money was charged from my account without reason as a cancellation fee. After complaining to the reception, it was finally refunded.Second, the room service was extremely poor — they called three times just to ask for a spoon, and it was never delivered.Third, the staff are not professional at all. The bellboys who were supposed to help with the luggage didn’t even touch the bags.Fourth, there were two guests in the room, yet only one small bottle of water was provided, and no additional water was offered during their stay.Overall, as a graduate in Hotel Management and someone who has been working in hotels in Germany for over 10 years, I can honestly say that I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I am a fan of Lasagrada Hotel. Its perfect location as well as excellent services and hospitality are main factors for my continuing staying in this hotel when i visit Istanbul

The location was excellent

The swimming pool & spa time.Men can’t swim without hair cap which was difficult to have.The sofa bed is tigth

The hotel's location is excellent, with everything available nearby. It offers direct access to the metro and is situated on a lively street, close to upscale neighborhoods such as Nisantasi and Osmanbey. The stay was enjoyable, the room was spacious, and the view from it was excellent. The hotel is very safe, the staff is wonderful, especially the receptionist, Mr.ANiL.

The reception space is small, and this is understandable in crowded areas, but I think changing the furniture decor will provide more space for the reception.
